This weekend, September 22-24, 20023, the Icelandic Weightlifting Federation hosted an IWF Level 2 coaching course with support from the IWF Development Program. Ms. Karoliina Lundahl from Finland, an IWF Coach Developer, flew in to teach the course. The IWF Congress was held in Riyadh (KSA), on September 11th, 2023, and the most important topic was the reform of the IWF Constitution. The support for the Constitution was even stronger, with 139 positive votes cast, indicating that the document was unanimously approved.
