EWF is ecstatic to be able to continue the youth weightlifters’ training camp.Next week will see the start of the popular European Youth training camp, Konya, Türkiye 13th – 20th of August. A maximum capacity of 14 Federations will be in attendance with 40 athletes, 20 boys and 20 girls 13 -17 years, and their 23 coaches.Emphasis will also include building friendships while encouraging sharing and learning from each other.Each day will start with morning outdoor mobility and movement exercises followed by two gym training sessions in the morning and afternoon.Each evening Coaching and scientific lectures for the coaches will take place.
