Sarah Fischer, who was born in 2000, is one of the most impressive young weightlifters in the world. The annual Nordic Youth and Junior Championships took place in Iceland in a brand new weightlifting hall and the first of its kind in Iceland called Midgard during the weekend 12-13th of November. The six member nations of the Nordic Weightlifting Federation (NWF) competed in this annual competition; Denmark, Faroe Islands (first time), Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.
