The first day of IWF elections included the election of President, General Secretary, First Vice President, two Vice Presidents and twelve Executive Board members.

The incumbent IWF President Mohammed Jalood secured his second term in office in a unanimous vote. The General Secretary position went to José Quiñones (PER) as the EWF Honorary President Antonio Urso (ITA) had declared he is stepping down from the position. Ursula Papandrea (USA) was elected for the position of First Vice President, and Mohammed Ahmed Alharbi (KSA) and Chenliang Liu (CHN) were elected for the two Vice President positions.

In the election of twelve Executive Board Members Pyrros Dimas (GRE) received the most votes at 156 votes and Matthew Curtain (GBR) the third highest number of votes at 147. Also Karoliina Lundahl (FIN, 143) and Florian Sperl (GER, 139) were elected.

In the morning before the Electoral Congress the membership was called together for an Ordinary Congress where 2024 annual reports were approved, such as the IWF Audited Financial Statements. Colin Buckley (IRL) presented the International Coaching Licence program.
