The EWF has received the most recent information on Covid test prices for the 2022 European Junior and U23 Championships.
The AWF President and the AWF Executive Board discussed with the Ministry of Health following certain concerns from the national federations and decided to lower the cost of the COVID test from 50 EUR to 30 EUR due to the high volume of tests.
The cost includes the medical staff, three shifts with 2 nurses, accommodation in case someone tests positive.
Anyone who requires a test for departure after the competition can get one for free.
NOTE
THE FEDERATIONS THAT HAVE ALREADY PAID, AWF WILL REFUNDED WITH THE DIFFERENCE IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT. NATIONAL FEDERATIONS WHO HAS NOT PAID YET WILL PAY ONLY EUR 30/PERSON.

The preliminary list has been updated on 25/8/2022.
The Albanian weightlifting federation filled the preliminary entries on the last day for entries and put juniors into U23 fields, then the system promptly deleted them. The preliminary list had already been published when the system administrator contacted EWF and AWF to inform them of the problem. EWF updated this preliminary list after confirming the login times.
