European weightlifting will have a strong presence at the 2026 IWF World Youth Championships, which will be held in Cali, Colombia from 5–11 July 2026.
A total of 77 European athletes are expected to compete at the event. The group includes 38 women and 39 men,
The 2026 IWF World Youth Championships will offer young European lifters an important opportunity to compete on the global stage, gain international experience, and showcase the future strength of European weightlifting.
The European Weightlifting Federation is proud to see so many young lifters from Europe taking part in this important event. The EWF wishes all athletes, coaches and national teams the very best of luck in Cali and hopes the competition will be a successful and memorable experience for everyone involved.
