Following the challenging period for sports brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, the European Weightlifting Federation has successfully continued its good practices by hosting Youth Training Camps.
EWF extends its heartfelt gratitude to the hosts of the previous camps in Split, Croatia (2022), Konya, Turkey (2023), and Ventspils, Latvia (2024). In addition to offering unique experiences, these events have attracted a lot of interest and favorable comments from our member federations.
In recognition of the positive outcomes and demand for such opportunities, EWF is pleased to announce the organization of two Youth Training Camps in 2025. The EWF encourages member federations to apply to host one, or both, of these significant events in 2025.
The training camps provide weightlifters and coaches with an excellent opportunity to improve their athletic skills and expand their professional networks.
